ACCOMMODATION AND TOURISM SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN AMAZON JUNGLE TRIPS AND THE USER

Each user who purchases services offered by AMAZON JUNGLE TRIPS, identified with RNT No. 6138, enters into a commercial agreement for hotel and/or tourism services. This agreement grants rights and obligations governed by the tourism regulations established in Law 300 of 1996 and its related provisions, regulatory decrees 1075 of 1997 and 2438 of 2010, Law 1558 of 2012, and the commercial conditions established by AMAZON JUNGLE TRIPS, sent to the user by email directly or through an intermediary, and published on the AMAZON JUNGLE TRIPS website: www.amazonjungletrips.com.co.

With the conditions under which this hotel and tourism services agreement is entered into being clear, AMAZON JUNGLE TRIPS undertakes to provide the user with the agreed services described in the service order issued to the user, so that the user may be attended by the AMAZON JUNGLE TRIPS administrator on the agreed dates, with the promised quality and under the conditions agreed with the user. The user, in turn, agrees to comply with this accommodation and tourism services agreement and with the obligations described below.

OBLIGATIONS OF AMAZON JUNGLE TRIPS TO THE USER

  1. Send the user the service order by email so that the user may print it and present it at check-in, since this document lists the services to which the user is entitled.
  2. Reserve and arrange, before the user’s arrival, a local transport provider who must be waiting at Leticia airport at the time provided by the user, to take the user to the AMAZON JUNGLE TRIPS office and, on the departure date, take the user back to the airport. Note: If ground transportation is included in the service order, this service is provided by a third party. In the event of an incident or accident, the transport provider’s SOAT insurance or the vehicle owner will be responsible to the passenger for any damages.
  3. Have accommodation reserved and available for the user on the agreed dates in order to provide the service without inconvenience. Failure to comply obligates AMAZON JUNGLE TRIPS to compensate the user as established by Tourism Law 300.
  4. Coordinate the necessary personnel and supplies required to provide the services paid for and reserved by the user.
  5. Have personnel, river equipment, and all necessary resources available to provide excursion services during the stay.
  6. AMAZON JUNGLE TRIPS includes a medical assistance card within the paid services. For this purpose, the professional services of a certified company are contracted, and in the event of an incident or accident, that company will provide basic medical services.

OBLIGATIONS OF THE USER TO AMAZON JUNGLE TRIPS

  1. Read, verify, and print the service order issued by AMAZON JUNGLE TRIPS so it can be presented at check-in at our office in Leticia.
  2. Arrive at Leticia airport on the agreed date for the start of service provision.
  3. Present the printed service order at the AMAZON JUNGLE TRIPS office, where the services to which the user is entitled are listed. If the order is not presented, the user must accept the information provided by the administrator of our reservations office in Leticia.
  4. Be willing to comply with the scheduled times for accommodation, meals, excursions, and transportation services included in the service order.
  5. Follow the AMAZON JUNGLE TRIPS code of conduct and respect the peace of other guests.
  6. Be financially responsible for any damage caused during the stay to infrastructure, room equipment, or common areas.

If the user decides to cancel the reservation after paying the full value of the contracted services, the amount paid will be refunded minus the no-show fee or penalty according to the following scale:

Any user or client who purchases a tourism program offered by AMAZON JUNGLE TRIPS directly or through intermediaries such as travel agencies, representatives, or external sellers acknowledges and accepts all commercial conditions, which form an integral part of the service order issued to the user. These commercial conditions are also published on the AMAZON JUNGLE TRIPS website: www.amazonjungletrips.com.co.
