We aim for every activity to have the lowest possible impact: from the transportation we use to the way we prepare food, plan hikes, observe wildlife, and involve local communities.

We also believe in an honest relationship with local culture. We do not seek to stage performances or recreate an artificial image of Amazonian communities. Cultures have changed over time; they preserve knowledge and traditions, but live the present in their own way. Our intention is for people to share their knowledge, memory, and ancestry by showing themselves as they are today.
