People from the territory

Amazon Jungle Trips exists thanks to a dedicated team of people who know the territory and are committed to offering an authentic rainforest experience.

Some team members have been connected to the project for more than 20 years; others have joined more recently, bringing new skills to the service.

Marcos Mori, affectionately known as Michael, has been part of the project for approximately 16 years. He is one of the main references of Amazon Jungle Trips and has deep knowledge of the rainforest.

Michaels knowledge comes from a life tied to the territory and from ancestral experience passed down by his grandparents, who regularly traveled through the rainforest. Since childhood, he took part in long walks and learned to recognize paths, animal behavior, sounds, and signs of the forest.

Over the years, Michael has developed the ability to share that knowledge in a sincere, real, and approachable way. His presence is essential to showing the rainforest authentically.
